Pelican Peluza

Event Information: These events are geared toward recent SailNOW! graduates (although anyone with a blue card is welcome) to provide additional sailing experience through learning how to race.  We will work to get 1 - 2 races in per night around a designated mark down the lake.  The goal here is to have fun and sail more. 

We will be using the Pelican sailboats in our fleet which can accommodate 2 adults.  The event will begin with a debrief on the course, rules, and the start sequence. Sailor will rig their boats and head to the starting area.  Once the horn is sounded for GO! the race is on.

After racing is completed and the boats are back at the dock, there will be some social time where folks can discuss the races and ask any questions.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

• Cancellation up to 2 days before the event:  50% refund
• Cancellation 1 day before the event: No refund.

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to: adultsailing@cwb.org.

Please Note: CWB reserves the right to cancel any course due to emergency or lack of enrollment. In such case, we will refund the event cost in full.
